I've just gotten a notice that KP Publications (with support from 
TACIS) has developed a website devoted to information on the 
forthcoming Ukrainian parliamentary elections, entitled 
"Shtab-kvartyra 'Vybory 2002'". The website is located at 
http://www.hq.org.ua/. The information provided there is in the 
public domain and free, but the editors ask that they be informed if 
the information is re-broadcast or cited in analysis (contact them 
at info@hq.org.ua). The site is in Ukrainian and includes news, 
analysis, and background information on the parties.
