Back in 1991 I heard a very catchy song blaring from a transistor of one of
the vendors at a Kharkiv market: "Ne valiai duraka, Amerika". Just
substitute your statement for "America" and you have all that is needed to
answer your question. You known very well that the gist of the problem is
