Dear Colleagues,

The latest AAUS Book Prize was awarded last fall at the AAASS convention in Boston. However, the award of the prizes for best article and best book-length translation has been postponed until the AAUS meeting at the ASN convention this April. Nominations, including self-nominations, are eagerly sought, and the deadline (February 15) is approaching fast. If you would like to make a nomination, please contacts the current chairs of the respective prize committees as soon as possible.

The current head of the Article Prize committee is Alex Motyl, the current head of the Translation Prize committee is Michael Naydan. Publications from 2008 and 2009 are eligible for the current round of nominations.
