Not sure where someone gets off pretending to capture "the diaspora's" views, thoughts and positions on a host of issues. Furthermore, basic prudence dictates some care in avoiding careless generalizations when addressing an audience one knows, or should know, has but very partial, incomplete and but second or third-hand familiarity with the subject about which one is writing.
