I would greatly appreciate if you could forward to your membership the two attachments that are part of this e-mail which inform about two concerts that are going to take place in New York on February 22nd and April 5th.

Here's the info on both:

February 22 at 2 PM, Merkin Hall, NYC (am attaching a postcard pdf & press release that tells you all you could possibly want to know about this event). This one is being presented by CONTINUUM and, as you will see after you download the attachments, also honors the Ukrainian composers with whom I have been closely associated with for over 35 years.
April 5, 8 PM at Ukrainian Institute of America. The program here consists of a single work (Brucknerian size wise chamber work), Dreamtime, in 19 movements lasting about 80 minutes. It will be the premiere of a revised version (version 2) for 1 percussionist plus the pierrot ensemble. There are now two versions -- the same music, but one with 2 percussionists and the other with 1 percussionist. All revisions deal with accommodating the other percussion part among the rest of the musicians. The musicians are from a terrific young ensemble TALEA. I'm doing the conducting honors. Both concerts are in celebration of my 70th & cover a good amount of musical territory.
