For those interested, the article
with the bit about nationalists as deviants has disappeared from the
gov site where it was. Nor could I find it on its supposed original
site, the US funded Ostrov site.
<http://scnm.gov.ua/control/uk/publish/article?art_id=46682&cat_id=45489>
Here is the best part of the article in cyrillic:
На востоке Европы нет народов более близких и по исторической судь-бе,
и по образу жизни, и по менталь-ности, и по языку, чем украинцы,
русские и белорусы. Тем не менее, националисты (в семье не без урода)
с разных сторон неоднократно пытались перессорить братьев. Не
прекращаются эти попытки и по сей день.
Comments in the MAIDAN -FORUM section, show OSTROV seems to have
little confidence in Ukraine and is seen as a Party of Regions tool.
Those interested really should ask did OSTROV really release the
article. I could not find it on its site. If it did release the
article, will the NED and RENNAISSANCE FOUNDATION continue to give it
money? Would anyone care to speculate about this issue and relations
between the US Republican Right and Ianukovych?

A related quote by Symonenko. meanwhile, about foriegn attempts to
divide brother slavs has also been revised to read something else:

ORwell would like this.
