We all know who they are and have a number of explanations for their
behaviour. What we don't know is how to rid the country of the old ones
and change the milieu so they are not produced anymore.
We must always remember that Communists/Regions/ chornosotnyky-vitrenky
can at best get only 30-35% of all votes when they rig elections. Which
means that if Ukraine ever gets elections where all can vote without
intimidation and black-ops, these post imperial left-over leaders could
not get more than 20-25% tops.
