Below is a website for an
announcement of a new Penn State initiative through the Woskob Center
for Ukrainian Agricuture at Penn State for four Agricultural
research fellowships for Ukrainian agricultural specialists from
Ukraine. If you have any good candidates for this, please direct them
to the website below and let them know that the deadline is fairly
soon--October 30. Candidates need to have good English
skills.
