I agree with Andrew Sorokovski's comment and add: Is AAUS prepared to get involved in (1) a legal suit; (2) to cover legal expenses including fees for good lawyer(s); and finally, (3) does AAUS have funds to pay on court order in the event of a loss of a suit or in response to a countersuit? I suggest we do a good deal of thinking this one over.
