President Viktor Yushchenko signed decree toward improving state management
in countering HIV/AIDS and TB

The document is meant for facilitating creation of an integral coordinated
system to deal with HIV/AIDS and TB and securing free of charge medical aid
to HIV/AIDS and TB cases.

The decree specifies the National Coordinating Council for prevention of
HIV/AIDS, other socially dangerous diseases as the chief body to coordinate
the State's policy in countering HIV/AIDS. The decree instructs the
Government to establish by July 1, 2006 an all-Ukrainian clinic for treating
juvenile HIV/AIDS cases.
