 American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS administers
State Department (Title VIII) grants and National Endowment for the
Humanities Fellowships for research and language training in Ukraine. I
am writing to find out if it is possible to advertise these fellowship
opportunities in the AAUS newsletter or listserv. If so, please advise
me on how to proceed. If not, do you have suggestions for making this
information known to the Ukrainian studies audience?
