My Russian  skills aren't good enough to do justice to this article.

Its heading is "Зварич был двоеженцем?"

It seems that there was a marriage to a Ukrainian citizen in 1993, and a
divorce from an American one in 1996.

If the article is a typical diskreditatzia, its doing its job.  If its the
real thing then....good grief.
