Several American academic specialists are interested in serving as 
international observers for the Dec. 26 re-run-off. They can pay 
their way, but need accreditation through an appropriate 
organization. Apparently, it's too late for accreditation through 
OSCE. If anyone can suggest a Ukrainian-American organization that is 
accrediting election observers, please let me know off list and I 
will forward the information.
